Unfortunately I cannot recommend Steven and his team at all - totally unreliable service. Started work on outside front staircase in February then disappeared for > 2months, stringing us along with one excuse after another - promising they were "on their way" or would be over the "next day", the "next week". Finally left us in the lurch completely saying they did not want to finish the job and we'd need to find someone else - not an easy task to find someone else prepared to finish off a job half done - very disappointed.

Great communication, great service, all in all a brilliant job. I'm already planning on using Steven again he was top notch. In particular, my fence blew down over the xmas holidays and need replaced. Steven came and did the job over two separate mornings to make sure the fence posts had the time to bed in overnight before he added the fence panels on the second morning. To me this summed up his approach, rather than getting the job done in one day (which he probably could have) Steven made sure the work was done to my benefit and he had to shift around his other work in the afternoons.

I cannot thank Steven and his team enough for the immaculate transformation they helped us bring to life in our garden. From start to finish they were so helpful and proved their knowledge and skill in the trade is well worth every penny spent. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family for their own projects.

Steven and his team were very good at fitting us in quickly to get our rickety fence and gate replaced. He gave a very competitive quote that we were happy with and we will get another quote from him in the spring for further work to our garden. All round good experience.
