Lovely bunch of guys at first but check Companies House on company set up, we picked up flaws on the company set up. Company has been dissolved previously and apparently Jake has now set up under another name since October 2018 which didn’t sound so promising and assuring when we spoke to him about it so we didn’t carry on with them. Yes our fault for not checking first. But other things we did pick up in the process very untidy guys left sand all over drive decided to litter our back garden with their lunch wrappers and drinks. Didn’t even ask to use existing sand we had left over in our back garden and helped themself which I found quite odd. Broke a drinking glass no apology- left on drive and then broke my new japanese acer plant on the day we decided for them to leave demanding money which clearly we were not going to pay all footage on our cctv! Very coincidental if you ask me! Tried to agree on a cash price but didn’t actually finalise and reply to last email...the signs were there but silly me didn’t pick up beforehand. Be very careful with this company do the checks first!
