We asked Evolution Developments to quote for the following work; Complete strip out of utility room, add insulation to external walls, re-wire, plaster board, skim coat, new flooring, new skirting boards and fit kitchen units. Strip out one ensuite bathroom, new shower tray, shower enclosure, new electric shower, make good walls, new flooring, new toilet, panel walls. Complete strip out of family bathroom, make good walls, new shower tray, new shower enclosure, new bath and bath panel, new vanity unit with new sink, new toilet, new flooring. To date Evolution Developments have completed the utility room and ensuite bathroom. The work has been to a very high standard. The team from Evolution have worked hard, are very friendly and always arrive on time and have worked weekends when required. Dealing with Jake and Josh has been a pleasure and the rest of the team. I would highly recommend their services for quality of work, excellent communication and reasonable pricing. Nothing is too much effort for them and easy to contact when required. I am extremely happy with the work so far and look forward to the completion of the family bathroom.
