Avoid. Had installation difficulties throughout extensive back garden refurbishment, including incorrect joist spacing below new composite deck, to poor level installs for new paving, and wrong materials delivered for some areas. The agreed works were not completed, as they were already running late on project and just wanted away, which didn’t help with the standard of the end finishing touches. While you can possibly argue finishing touches are subjective, the worse was that some new slabs that were laid on previous grass areas did not appear to have enough hardcore and concrete below (I mentioned when they were laying) and as a consequence they were moving under foot less than 2 weeks after they were laid. Reached out to owner to request he fixes, as you would expect any competent and reliable company to do as a minimum. My request was totally ignored and has now blocked messages and phone. Guarantees advertised are obviously meaningless and no pride in work.
