Currently working with Mark of ‘Into the Garden’ and cannot praise him highly enough. He is a total professional; knowledgeable of both hard and soft landscaping and is a whizz with the 3D design software he uses. He has been able to interpret our requirements imaginatively, being sensitive to our surroundings and the limitations of our garden. His design has brought our dream garden to life. Communication is excellent, and the service provided affordable. We await our final design pack with eager anticipation; this will enable us to order the correct amount of materials and commence work

We engaged with Mark in April 2023 to transform our garden into a dynamic landscape that could provide entertaining space for both adults and children. After an initial consultation, Mark produced an excellent design which has been iteratively tweaked through several zoom sessions with both my wife and I. Mark has been very flexible, offering consultations over the weekend and also making changes to the design once finalised. The end product is a design pack which can be shared with contractors, and a CAD which allows you to visualise the garden from a number of different angles, also taking into consideration light optimisation. I would highly recommend Mark, excellent service, and value.

Initially Mark gave excellent service, contact was regular and after a few zoom meeting we agreed a design. Since then NOTHING! I've chased several times by email, phone and text with the last response on 4th Oct saying he'd be in his office the following week. Still NOTHING!
