COWBOYS! I needed a tree removing. They didn't turn up the first day. Didn't call either. Late the second day. Didn't call either. Failed to take away all tree remains. Said someone would collect later. They didn't. I called back. They said someone would collect the next day. they didn't. Same again the day after. I gave up. COWBOYS!
