Kevin Poole the owner of Pacific swimming pools is possibly the worst tradesman we have employed in 20+ years.
Dishonest, unprofessional, unsafe.
Does not keep his promises.
Compulsive liar with false scenarios.
He left our pool cover open knowing full well we have young children that cannot swim.
Left us all summer with a broken pool cover.
Excuse after excuse.
Try’s to void warranty if you give negative feedback.
If you want a professional pool company go elsewhere.

I had a horrendous experience with pacific swimming pools and I regret ever contacting them.
We paid nearly 5k to have 2 sump holes dug with pumps put in, next to our pool to resolve an issue with our liner floating. Within a couple of weeks, both the motors of the pumps had burnt out and the liner was still floating. We measured the depth of the sump pits and they had not been dug deep enough to the level that was agreed by Kevin.
Kevin agreed to come back and dig the pumps deeper and then he cancelled on us 4 times with varying different excuses and has completely ignored all our messages and voice mails and emails since then stating we were worried about the liner and could he return as promised and we haven’t been able to get hold of him at all for 3 months, despite the pacific pools Facebook page being updated with new posts regularly throughout this time.
As I couldnt get hold of Kevin at all and I was desperate to get the work completed properly, I had 2 other company’s out to look at Kevin’s work and they both independently said the sump’s weren’t deep enough and they also both pointed out that there was no gravel put in the bottom or surrounding the pipes so they are absolutely useless as they are just in sitting in clay and no water will be draining into them from the pool.
So I’m now having to pay one of these company’s to remove the pipes and pumps Kevin put in and do the work correctly.
So I’ve paid pacific pools £5k for shoddy workmanship that has not fixed the problem with no response from the owner who has disappeared and I’m having to pay another company to completely remove and rectify his work.
Completely incompetent and no customer service whatsoever ever. It’s absolutely outrageous you can get away with treating hard working honest people this way.
A hugely expensive and stressful experience using Kevin and Pacific Pools.
Avoid at all costs.
