Mark has done a fantastic job on our garden. I’m over the moon. He even bought his son-in-law and his team in to help a full garden makeover. It was such a fantastic job. We are so happy with the work ethics Would highly recommend Mark at any time, and his son-in-law will We so appreciate it to them with the ever in their debts

I highly recommend Marcus, he done a fantastic job in our garden couldn’t fault the work explained in full detail how the job was going to go and it all went well, just like he said because you got a long way to find a gardener like Marcus 10 out of 10 service

Mark came last week to look at the job and sent a quote a couple of hours later. We agreed to this, and arranged for work to start today including removing any garden waste. He arrived at 8:50am started cutting down a tree at the back of the garden, I went out offered a drink which he accepted. Then within 30 mins I picked up on the ring doorbell that he had left, I thought maybe he was just going to his van as it had started to rain. Then after 2 hours of him not returning I contacted via text message to see if everything was ok and he told me he wouldn’t be carrying out the work as the job was now “too big” and also would not be removing any of the garden waste which he had created in the 30mins he was working. Absolute shambles of a company, terrible customer service, had ignored multiple calls, text messages and emails today regarding removing the waste as I’m heavily pregnant with two young toddlers too. He just said no, and ignored me since. Leaving my garden unsafe and unusable. Definitely would not recommend and have shared this information on my social media and also with Bark. So hopefully he will be taken off the site shortly. You should be ashamed of yourself.
