IFOR WILLIAMS Horsebox This is a truly unique and stunning Ifor Williams horsebox whichhas been professionally converted to a wood fired pizza catering trailer with bespoke andunusually large hand built double insulated oven approx 1 5m wide by 1m deep The ovencan accommodate and cook 4 to 5 large pizzas in a few minutesIt was originally commissioned for the grounds of a famous castle unfortunately themanagement then decided to renovate and convert some of their old stables for theircatering requirements insteadOwing to its original intention it has been built to an extremely high standard with no expensespared on the fixtures fittings and materials used Consequently with labour time this has costc £20 000 to buildThe exterior is all cladded with treated timber and OSMO waxed The chassis and floor havealso been fully rustproofed and painted Internally, the floor is slate tiled and insulatedAll the ramps have been converted to weather tight doors which is useful for events as itmeans the horsebox can fit in a smaller pitch size preventing the health and safety concernsover folk slipping off and tripping over ramps which is why some events and places open tothe public will not accept themThe oven was fabricated in the UK to the design and specification of an Italian pizza ovencompany and is doubly insulated to 1400 degrees The base of the oven is lined with lightweight food safe fire bricks which can be replaced if needed though we understand theyshould not require replacing for many years There is also a variable speed extractor fanbehind the flue to remove any excess heat from the oven There is a protective metal cowlingoutside which is designed so that the extracted air blows downwards in accordance with thehealth and safety requirements Below the oven are 4 stainless steel sliding pizza trays and awood storage cageAll the oven utensils are included along with a fire bucket for ash and fireproof gloves Fireextinguishers are also built inThere is a double sink and a swivel head mixer tap supplying hot and cold water The hotwater is generated using a specially adapted Truma Therme system which is often utilised inmotorhomes It provides 5 litres of instant hot water with the benefit of only using 300w ofpower This means including the Whale pumps in the water container the whole hot and coldwater system uses less than 400w of power There is also an external hose plug in port to fillthe water containerWith the extractor fan using less than 1kw of power the hot water system less than half a kwof power and the drinks display fridge the same even with some other electrical appliancesthis horsebox can still run on a suitcase size generator if electric hook up is unavailableThere is a designated space for the generator under the front counter with securing clampsand easy access A new generator is available if requiredThe burnt wood surround inside has storage behind and is designed to hang containers onwith the pizza ingredients There are LED lights underneath these LED lighting runningthrough the roof and miniature vintage factory lights as well all of which can be operatedtogether or independentlyDecked out with several double sockets above and below the counters and a smallconsumer unit The electrics are all to current compliance standards The area above thecounter areas are tiled in dark greenThe steel rain canopy above the serving counter is on hydraulic rams and can be pulledopen or pushed closed and then sits neatly behind the rear doorsThe illuminated pizza sign can be easily unplugged and removed if preferred when towingHORSEBOX DIMENTIONS as follows4 2 metres long 14 feet2 2 metres wide 7 2feet2 8 metres wide with rear doors open 9 2 feet3 0 metres high with flue 9 8 feet2 5 metres roof height 8 2 feetOVEN DIMENTIONS150cm wide93 cm deep68 cm highThe pizza horsebox must be seen to fully appreciate the build quality and this very trailerwas invited to enter into a show in September 2024 where it was lauded by an industryexpert that it had a very good chance of winning an award which was great to hearAny interested parties please contact me Steve on [Phone number removed]

due to people having busy life's ,, we offer a service where by , if a car is delivered and purchased unseen . then the customer is eligible to send the vehicle back with the delivery driver on his gurney back to us . on the same flat bed lorry , a refund for the car will be issued but unfortunately the transport will have to be charged for on both trips .
