HALLWAYS ARE PRICED BASED ON THE SHAPE NOT BY MEASUREMENTS SO VIEWING IN FORM OF VIDEO/PICTURE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRICE IT.

ALL FLOORING SHOULD BE PURCHASED BEFOREHAND PRIOR TO FITTING!!!!
WE WILL SUPPLY SOME MATERIALS WHEN NECESSARY, REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED!!!

£100 per room for laminates is limited to space sizes up to 10sqm, anything over will be charge £15 square metre.
£100 per room for carpets is also limited to spaces up to 14sm anything over will be charged £6 per square metre.

A charge of £50 will in included if you want your flooring run throughout without door bars.

The installation of door(threshold) bars are free and limited to 1 ,any others will be charged £5 each.
£40 will be charged if you want Us to come and measure your place to know how much square metres of flooring you need.
If you require same day or next day appointments a discretionary £50 call out charge will be added to the final quote.
