DO NOT USE!, we had so many issues with our roof, told 4 to 6 weeks and took 3 months! team of 4 expected only 2 turned up occasionally, never seemed to work a full day! lots of rubbish left around we had numerous nails, screws, and stanley blades found after each time they were here which we cleared up as we have a dog and grandchildren. I have also been left with a £500 boiler bill as they dismantled the boiler stack which they were not qualified to do and we ended up having to fork out this after they had gone. Apparently now working as other companies so please beware.

Revo Property is easily the biggest s c a m to exist. When I moved in everything in my room was either broken or dirty, and they did not want to acknowledge that on my ingoing inspection so that I am responsible for the cleaning and fixing fees when I move out. I did not receive a key for the security gate for my room and they refuse to acknowledge that the replacement should come from them - mind you that key costs over R600 to replace. They are very fast when I comes to taking your money but they will literally ignore your messages when maintenance issues arise. The gross false advertising has to be the most irritating thing about this f r a u d ulent company. They show up to the property unannounced and we wake up to strange men roaming around the outside of our rooms. As a woman I don’t feel comfortable with that. Instead of asking, they just demand that our rooms are “clean and accessible” for THEIR use and that is the only time you will receive communication from them. They do not attend to our needs even though we literally pay an additional fee for them to do so, and they treat us as though we live in their dingy property for free. Respectfully (or not I don’t care) I don’t know what the Revo agents get paid to do, aside from lie to us and give us false promises of ”attending” to the matter. Living here is so unpleasant and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

Tom the surveyor was enormously helpful and extremely thorough. It was easy to come to a decision with his knowledge of what was going on. Our neighbour was keen to join in and get his roof done as well. We look forward to having the work done near the start of December.
