I am extremely satisfied with service provided by CJT Building and Maintenance. They recently installed a new fence at the front of my house. Chris and team was very professional, efficient and paid great attention to detail. I highly recommend CJT Building maintenance for any building work or maintenance. Great Job! 5/5 Stars

Excellent work including quote, communication throughout, work done after water leak from flat above and subsequent mould!! - new ceiling including fire and sound proofing, stud wall, rendering, plastering, some electrical, mould treatment, new laminate floor throughout, and walls and ceilings painted. Very good at cleaning up each day, taking away debris, etc. Really happy with the end result. Highly recommend.

Very reasonable estimate which was not exceeded! Work carried out promptly and with minimum of disruption. Very professional work. Would definitely use again if I needed similar work done.

I recently hired CJT Building & Maintenance to lay new turf and soil in my back garden, as well as to handle weeding, install a protective layer, and scrape and tidy up the front garden. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. They completely transformed my outdoor space, leaving it looking neat, fresh, and well-maintained. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking for quality garden and maintenance work! We have got him back to do some wood wall panelling in our kitchen.

From the very start, CJT were professional, courteous and tidy. They turned up exactly when promised and did the job within programmed time despite the bad weather. The task was to repair an old flat roof that was worn and leaking. CJT installed new plywood, EPDM rubber membrane and cut it in to the tiled roof of the main house. The roof looks much neater now and most important, the leak was repaired and is leak free. I would definitely recommend CJT
