Boris from Refresh Renovations worked with us on preparing a Concept and Feasibility report, as well as Designs for our renovation project. Boris was very pleasant and professional, and clearly knowledgeable in his field. He pulled a good team together to help us think through the best use of our space, expanding our thought process regarding what was possible, while being respectful of our preferred timelines and budgetary indications. We now have a clearer idea of what we want, what’s possible with our space, what it’ll take to get there when we want to kick off our build phase. It’s much better - and more ambitious - than our original plans, and we are grateful for the insights from Boris and his team. Highly recommended.
