Nick and the team have been fantastic. From the start to finish communication has been great, very professional throughout, high standard of work, finish and after care of my property refurb. The team are always available to help, discuss and assist. When problems were discovered Nick advised and helped navigate all issues, even helping with approvals for the work from the council. I couldn't be happier with their work.

We hired OneResponse back in the Winter to help renovate our Aging Clubhouse, in order to make it a more welcoming environment. Nick and his Team managed this and more. The work they did was tremendous and it has really made the club a great place to be not just in the summer but all year round. Communication was excellent and their professionalism was exemplary. I would recommend OneResponse to anyone who needed to undergo interior renovation whether commercial or residential.

Nick and his team installed a bathroom for us. But it was so much more than that. The entire structure of the room was in terrible condition. One response rebuilt and then installed the bathroom. They had amazing, electricians, builders, decorators and of course plumbers. Over 10 weeks or so, we actually enjoyed having his team there, they were professional, kind, extraordinarily clean, responsible and just really nice people. The work is to a very high standard and any obstacle that appeared , they found a solution. Even the logistics were smooth with Tanya just running things efficiently behind the scenes. My only concern is getting availability to do my next project! I throughly recommend Nick and his team.

We had a water leak from a pipe in our bathroom. The pipe was buried in a cement floor below an underfloor heating system in a layer of screed above it. Locating and repairing the leak required digging into the cement floor and the removal and restitution of most of the fixtures and tiles in the bathroom as well as repair of the ceiling in the room below. Nick and his team at One Response did a masterful job. The work was done to the highest standards and completed quickly and within the stated estimate (which was a bit of unknown due to the nature of the leak and the construction of the house). The team was meticulously tidy throughout the work and at the end of each day. They are an extremely friendly team and made the process as stress-free as possible. I recommend One Response without hesitation. In fact, we have since called on Nick and his team for other plumbing and fixture installation jobs in our home. Their work for us has been exemplary.

As retired businessman, I am not easily impressed. With Nick’s calm professionalism I had no hesitation in giving him the contract to prepare my kitchen site in readiness to fit a new one. I bought ours from Wren Kitchens because they looked good due to careful fitting. It’s their showroom after all. With Nick’s team we got a better than showroom result. They work in a considered, skilled and knowledgeable way. The carpenter Ed was painstaking about the quality of the fit of each cabinet component and I can only describe him as a craftsman from whom I learned much just by watching him at work. Ed’s assistant Armand was excellent too, an efficient support to Ed’s work in measuring and cutting the panels ready for fitting. As for Nick himself, I can only say what a pleasure it was to see the quality of his own work, but also his management of his skilled team. I must add that, in the prep work, Nick discovered serious errors in the previous plumbing installation. Without any fuss, Nick dug up a section of the concrete floor to remove pipe work that was a future problem waiting to happen. He absorbed this extra service into his workflow at no extra charge to me. Nick is a consummate professional and I do not offer compliments easily. He is certainly someone willing to the extra mile in his work. Commendable indeed. I have waited a while before writing this review…just in case. A month later, my wife remains delighted with her new kitchen. Score 12/10
