Mightyshades did the job we requested it wasn't without problems. If your hard working people like my family where every penny counts please have a really good think about who you may or may not hire. The lump of chewing gum on my boys hamster tank left me feeling somewhat sick.

Randal and his group have been a delight to have working for me. As a professional artist, the worst had happened! My beloved garden studio, a wooden structure, 35 years old was collapsing. One builder took one look and with a shrug and deep intake of breath, said he wouldn’t touch it. Randal, however took on the challenge. He and his team, not only restored it beautifully, but made it better.

Randall called me on Wednesday and accepted my job of installing 2 mirrors in my garage telling me he would be here Friday afternoon and that he would call me Friday morning to give me with an approximate time for his arrival. Not only did he not turn up, I had to chase him by phone and eventually he called me back at 3.30pm to tell me that I was too far away and that he wasn’t coming. Totally unapologetic, did not accept that he should have realised the job was too far away when he accepted it (and took my address) and should have told me before today. He then hung up on me. Wasted opportunity to get someone else in, dreadful customer service.
