Description

Purchased in May last year (2024) from Kawasaki Derby with only 384 miles on the clock, this bike was essentially brand new to me. It had been bought originally from the same Derby main dealer by a local, who soon after buying it got international work which meant the bike wasn't used for 2 years. Derby Kawasaki then bought it back, serviced it at 384 miles with new oil, filter and a gold chain. I then bought it and completed the run in period and changed the oil and filter again for peace of mind (Shell Ultra fully synthetic 10w40 4T oil with a new Kawasaki filter).

This is the performance model and comes with the factory fitted heated grips and carbon Ninja Akrapovic exhaust. Upgrades include the excellent factory gel Comfort Seat (£450), R&G Tail Tidy, R&G Radiator Guards, R&G tank grips and boot guards, H2 tank protector, SW-Motech Sliders, Convex mirror upgrade, and the most significant upgrade - new Michelin Road 6 tyres (July'25).

I changed the rear seat cowl, front upper fairing and front mudguard to black ones. I bubble-wrapped and boxed up the original kawasaki green ones and can supply the bike in either fully blacked out as I currently have it, or with the original, as new green parts re-fitted (see May 2024 illustration with pictures before swapped).

The AOOCCI Apple/Android phone mirror will be removed (it can be included for an extra £100).

This bike didn't come with panniers, but they can be picked up on eBay for 4-500 quid.

The original factory windscreen can be supplied with the sale.

I'm a newish and very steady ridder (see the 'strips'), so the bike has been ridden with mechanical respect and cerished rather than thrashed. Please feel free to get in touch if you have questions. I'm selling to finance next bike.
