Description
My much-loved GPZ900R
Bought a few years ago as a barn find, the bike has since been fully recommissioned and put back onto the road.
Here are just some of the things that have been done to it.
New battery
New tyres
New brakes
New chain and sprocket
The tank has been cleaned of rust and painted
Carbs rebuilt with genuine parts and balanced
New carb rubbers
Recently serviced
Camshafts were pitted so they have been replaced with good ones from a newer model bike
Brand new cam chain adjuster from Kawasaki
Forks have been rebuilt with genuine Kawasaki parts and reproduction stanchions (have kept the originals if you would like to re-chrome them)
And many, many more things
The bike rides amazingly and is currently in regular use!
Although the bike is in very good condition, it is also almost 40 years old and does show signs of its age, viewing is highly recommended.
