Jaguar, XF Lux, Saloon, NEW MOT, 2010, 3.0 Diesel, 4 doors

My wife's Jaguar XF Lux has been a great car in the last 6 years (purchased August 2019) of ownership, but no longer required due to requiring a larger estate vehicle.

Full leather interior, electric and heated seats, flappy paddle gear change as well as fully auto and sports mode parking sensors, power steering, air conditioning, rubber mats, sports mode, 2 x remotes, big colour screen, fully loaded! Lots of history and paperwork.

Timing belts and water pump have been done.

New intercooler hose, new battery, shock absorber bushes, discs and pads, brake master cylinder, control arm, intake Y branch the last few years.

Clean inside, a few dings and scrapes outside, but still good all around.

Runs fine all day long, but will go into limp mode upon hard acceleration (still perfectly driveable when it does) and requires the usual replacement of the plastic intake manifolds. Limp mode clears after a restart and will be supplied with a small diagnostic computer. Never understood why they made these in plastic, but you can now buy metal ones! Plastic ones are 60 each, metal ones 200 and 6 hours of labour.



Overall a great car, just needs the manifolds plastic welded or replaced. New MOT today.
