Description
Windows 11 Deployment – NPPV3 ESSENTIAL – ONSITE - EXETER
We are seeking a skilled Windows 11 Deployment Specialist to lead and support a transition from Windows 10 to the Windows 11. You will be responsible for deployment support of Windows 11 rollouts across user endpoints, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute large-scale Windows 11 deployment projects.
Create and manage deployment task sequences using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, or other tools.
Manage OS imaging, driver packages, and automated installation processes.
Collaborate with service desk and support teams to address user issues during and post-deployment.
Maintain clear documentation for all procedures, configurations, and deployment schedules.
Support hardware refresh initiatives aligned with Windows 11 requirements.
Train and support end-users where necessary on the new operating system environment.
Requirements:
Essential:
Proven experience in Windows OS deployments (Windows 10/11).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, or Autopilot.
Experience with Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and Active Directory.
Knowledge of application packaging and software compatibility testing.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred:
Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104, or similar).
Familiarity with Windows 365 or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
