About The Role

Role: 2 x Warehouse Operative (Goods In)

Location: Cardington, Bedford, MK42 0PQ

Contract Type – Permanent, Full time

Working Hours and Days: 8am - 5pm - Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 4pm - Friday

Salary - £24,856 (plus monthly incentive bonus paid against site targets)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Goods In Operative to join our Operations team in Cardington. In this key role, you will be responsible for taking delivery of goods, ensuring accurate tracking of all assets, and contributing to the smooth running of the warehouse. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will directly support our operational efficiency and service excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the receipt of goods arriving at the warehouse

Accurately track and log assets into the system

Safely stack and unstack large volumes of goods onto pallets

Prepare goods for transport using industrial wraps and pallets

Ensure all stock is accounted for and securely stored

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse

Support recycling activities and provide cover across warehouse functions as required

Adhere to all company procedures, including health and safety requirementsAbout you

Previous experience in a warehouse or goods-in environment

Confident using basic IT systems for asset tracking

Reliable, with a strong focus on accuracy and safety

Flexible and willing to support wider team needs

Positive team player with a hands-on approach
