Location: Cwmbran

Pay: £13.00 per hour + 22.5% shift allowance (£105 extra per week!)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (Shifts)

* Morning Shift: 05:30 - 15:00

* Afternoon Shift: 14:30 - 00:00

Are you experienced in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) or surface mount inspection? We're looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as SMT Operators & Inspectors.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Operating SMT machinery and equipment

* Inspecting surface mount assemblies for quality and accuracy

* Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met

* Working collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For:

* Previous SMT or surface mount inspection experience

* Strong attention to detail and quality focus

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Willingness to work shifts
