You’ll work directly with partner agencies, inhouse teams, and friends and family to champion the needs of those on your scheme and be the first point of contact for queries and information. You’ll spend your days in our communities making regular visits, organising events, and making sure our HomePlus schemes are vibrant, safe communities.
