Job Title: Project Manager - Project & Change Management
Location: Dublin
Job Type: Full-time up to 370 Euros per day
Overview
The Product and Services Optimization Team within supports optimization initiatives across a wide portfolio of tools and processes related to critical datacenter environments. We are seeking a Senior Business Program Manager with deep experience in project and change management, a passion for process improvement, and a sharp ability to drive transformation across cross-functional teams.
You will be instrumental in ensuring that optimization initiatives are deployed successfully across datacenter operations, enabling operational excellence and sustainable innovation at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management: Drive initiative deployment across managing end-to-end release readiness, deployment activities, and mitigating risks that impact scope, quality, or timeline.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to deploy complex programs with minimal oversight. Communicate program objectives, risks, and status clearly across stakeholders.
Change Management: Define vision and strategy for change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adoption across the organization. Guide teams through transitions with clear planning and execution.
Process Improvement: Leverage data to identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions, and implement streamlined processes that enhance operational efficiency.
Business Enablement: Produce executive-ready collateral including proposals, strategy documents, and stakeholder communication materials aligned with business goals.
Trusted Advisor: Provide guidance and direction to internal stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert and positive change agent.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on project management experience.
2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with technical or non-technical teams.
2+ years of demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
2+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement operations.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Preferred:
Strong business acumen and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels across an organization.
Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with engineering methodologies.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, including experience with executive-level reporting.
Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) strongly preferred.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and using data to drive decisions.
