Are you a data-driven BI Developer with a passion for turning complex information into actionable insights? We're seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at the Petcare Science Institute. Your work will directly contribute to advancing the health and wellbeing of pets worldwide.

Role: Power BI Developer

Experience: 4+ years

Pay: Inside IR35

Location: Leicestershire

Working Days: 2 days/week in office

Duration: Contract (12 months)

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain BI solutions from end-to-end, collaborating with scientists and analysts.

Build automated data models and pipelines for large, complex datasets, with a focus on Databricks in Azure.

Drive data standardization and best practices to support a strong data culture.

What You'll Bring

Proven expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), Power Apps, and SQL.

Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.

Experience in managing multiple projects and a solid understanding of data management and governance.
