Urgent Temporary Opportunity - Facilities Coordinator/Assistant (Liverpool)
We are urgently seeking a Facilities Coordinator/Assistant for a short-term temporary assignment based in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment and gain valuable experience in facilities management.
Assignment Dates:
11th August 2025 - 16th Jan 2026
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate:
£15 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Providing basic site cover
Checking and maintaining meeting rooms
Responding to ad hoc requests from staff
Ensuring cleanliness of the site and facilities (including toilets)
Meeting and liaising with contractors on siteRequirements:
Professional and proactive attitude
Previous facilities or office support experience desirable
Basic background checks will be conducted (no DBS or credit checks required)This is an urgent request - CVs will be submitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
