£26,000 - £29,000 + bonus & benefits

What You'll Do:

Join an established, forward-thinking manufacturer that exports cutting-edge technology globally. In this hands-on IT Technician role, you'll support over 70 users across the UK and overseas, delivering first-class technical support while contributing to major IT and cyber security initiatives.

You'll work closely with the IT Manager and third-party suppliers, ensuring smooth daily operations and driving IT improvement projects.

Day to day, you'll:

Provide responsive first-line support across hardware, software, networks and systems

Maintain accurate helpdesk documentation and report KPIs to inform key decisions

Conduct regular IT audits across PCs, licensing, access and disaster recovery

Support patching, antivirus compliance and certification of cyber security standards

Play an active role in delivering and owning IT projects that enhance business operationsWhat You'll Bring:

A minimum of an HND in IT, Computer Science or a related field (degree preferred)

Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or first-line support environment

Confident working with Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and general networking fundamentals

Good understanding of patch-panels, switches, firewalls and cyber security basics

Clear, effective communicator with a sharp eye for detail and excellent time management

A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently when neededWhy You Should Apply:
