HR Functional consultant/BA

Description

Our consultancy client are looking for an experienced HR functional consultant/BA to work for a client on a major people and culture transformation programme. You will be working with the client teams to understand and design business facing people processes working with complex organisational information and working with an array of global business stakeholders. You will provide business analysis and technical expertise to the HR operations teams and act as the proxy for the business users to inform the design and delivery to the end of the year and then into next year.

You will work with business users, technology teams and third parties to understand and articulate current processes and develop the future state design including workflow approval and support Position Management processes. Provide input to the technology solution design to include business requirements and also provide input to technical requirements and complex data analysis. Complete impact assessments of proposed solution on the existing upstream and downstream systems, processes and team. Lead the operating model design and prepare and facilitate design decisions to inform the operating model and/or technology solution design.

You must have extensive experience with Oracle Position Management from a workflow management design and implementation perspective.

The role will require you to be on the client site 2 days a week in London and will be inside IR35
