Description

1. Website Management & Optimization

* Oversee the day-to-day management of the online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

* Update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to reflect the latest offerings.

* Optimize website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.

* Work with developers to improve UX/UI design, navigation, and checkout processes.

2. Product & Inventory Management

* Ensure accurate stock levels by integrating inventory management with warehouse operations.

* Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to maintain product availability.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO

* Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic (e.g., keyword research, content marketing, meta tags).

* Manage Google Ads, social media ads, and email marketing campaigns to boost sales.

* Collaborate with content writers to create blog posts, buying guides, and product reviews.

* Implement retargeting campaigns to reduce cart abandonment and improve conversions.

4. Sales & Conversion Optimization

* Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior using Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools.

* Optimize product pages with A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

* Implement cross-selling & upselling techniques to increase average order value.

* Improve checkout and payment processes to reduce drop-offs and abandoned carts.

5. Customer Experience & Support

* Ensure high levels of customer service and response times through chat, email, and phone support.

* Manage FAQs, live chat bots, and self-service options to assist customers efficiently.

* Handle customer complaints, refunds, and product return processes smoothly.

* Work with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery tracking.

6. Marketplace & Third-Party Integrations

* Manage product listings on Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, and other online marketplaces.

* Ensure consistency in pricing, descriptions, and brand presence across all platforms.

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting

* Monitor key KPIs like website traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS) identify growth

* Generate weekly and monthly reports on website sales performance.

8. Security & Compliance

* Ensure website security, PCI compliance, and data protection (GDPR).

* Maintain customer data privacy and prevent fraudulent transactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

* Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

* 3-5 years of e-commerce management experience,

* Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.

* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO best practices
