Description
A huge plot of land (originally multiple properties, with two separate families living on them decades ago) with two houses on them -- one of which two storeys -- and a number of other, smaller buildings around them (barns, storehouses, etc). The houses are in various stages of disrepair (especially the roof of the big house) but they are all old, solid (mainly stone and brick I think) constructions that, after the needed repair, could easily be made solid again...
The plot size is (roughly) over 5 dka which is around over 1,3 acres. The land is very fertile and has been laying fallow for decades now; it's in the heart of the Thracian valley, where vines and fruit trees are fruitful, and winemaking has always been a prosperous occupation.
