As an above knee amputee of 40 years plus I have unfortunately suffered for terrible phantom pains . My session with Mike was surreal, in that I was little skeptical . That was way back in October and my phantom pains reduced by some 80% and entirely my fault in that i should have persevered some more with sessions . I can thoroughly recommend Mike

I have a stressful job, and I was either smoking/ vaping/ using heated tobacco for over 10 years, with several unsuccessful attempts at quitting. I resolved to turn my life around, and have started exercising and eating healthy. I came across a podcast and decided to try hypnotherapy. I vaped on the way to see Mark, and in the car while I waited, then chucked it just before the consultation. Mark was amazing, and I have not smoked or vaped for over 2 weeks. I do think of the vape at times eg morning coffee, but it is not a urge or compulsion to act on it/ buy some. I had a house party where my friend was smoking, and I always took one off him in the past. But not this time, did not feel the need to join him. Thank you Mark.
