I've been working with Sue from Olip Therapy for some time now, and I just wanted to share how much it has helped me. After going through a tough time, I was really struggling. Thankfully, Sue has been amazing! She’s so understanding and never judges me, and her advice has been super helpful. I also love that I can schedule appointments on weekends and at times that work for me. Thanks to Olip Therapy, I feel stronger and more positive about life now!

Olip Therapy is a service I have used for coaching and managing work/life stresses, I have learnt to use some really valuable tools that I can use to navigate my challenges and positively impact my experiences going forward, its a journey that Im on but my therapist has been brilliant, relatable and really understood my my issues, aiding me to overcome my barriers. The service I have received from Olip Therapy has been excellent and they are my go to service for myself, family and friends.

I cannot recommend OLIP Therapy highly enough. After a 6 session course of therapy, my destructive relationship with food has finally been broken. I've lost 6 stones which I've now kept off for beyond a year, and I've never felt healthier or happier! Thank you OLIP! Highly recommended.
