I would like to thank lesley butler for all her help and reminding myself not to judge certain things until you've tried. I have been trying to stop smoking in all sorts of ways but have always failed at some point or another. I did not like even the word hypnotherapy thought I might be put in a trance where things can be put in or out of my mind but something said try and I came across lesly who put me at ease straight away and as she explain how it works you will be conscious and aware of you surroundings I done one course and was very surprised that at the thought of smoking things that were talking about in therapy kept coming back to mind and quenched that thought immediately its also given me the strength to deal with other things in my life.
