I used this service today because I have a fear of cats since childhood, I was a little apprehensive at first but once I got there the therapist made me feel comfortable and relaxed, by the end of the session I couldn’t wait to go home and face my fears, and low and behold the kitten that use to terrify me now seemed to be scared of me. I can finally be alone with my kitten and not scream or run the opposite direction. I am so grateful and would recommend this service to all those who want to over come a fear. I will work on the techniques that the therapist showed me at home and eventually I will be holding the kitten to not just walk past and stroking him. I use also got some leaflets to take home so I remember the techniques that were used. Once again thank you for everything.
