Why I’m Not Like Other Grief Coaches

Grief is deeply personal. No two people experience it the same way — so why should support look the same for everyone?

I’m not here to just talk about grief.
I’m here to help you transform through it.

What sets me apart from most grief coaches is not just my lived experience of loss — it’s my unique, integrated approach. I’m not only a certified Grief Coach, I’m also a trained NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. This combination means I can guide you beyond traditional talking-based methods, and into powerful, subconscious healing work that creates real, lasting change.

You don’t need to rehash the pain over and over to find relief.
Many people avoid seeking help because they’re afraid they’ll have to relive their grief in every session. I want you to know: you don’t have to talk it all through, if you don’t want to (although I will need some details).
That’s where NLP and hypnotherapy come in.

These techniques work with the mind in ways that feel gentle, yet deeply effective. They can help you:
- Release unhelpful patterns of guilt, anger, or “stuckness”
- Shift overwhelming emotional triggers
- Rewire limiting beliefs about yourself and your grief
- Feel calmer, lighter, and more in control — often without having to say much at all

NLP isn’t just ‘mindset work’ — it’s deep rewiring.

Grief lives not only in our hearts, but in our nervous systems. NLP works with how your brain stores and responds to emotional experiences. Through tailored, trauma-sensitive techniques, we can soften painful memories, bring in new emotional resources, and help your brain re-learn how to feel safe again. And when combined with hypnotherapy, this work can reach even deeper — bypassing conscious resistance and allowing healing to happen at the subconscious level.
