Hi, I am Ann and I am a solution focused hypnotherapist and personal development coach. I help people to make shifts in their lives and to find out that they can make lasting changes and be happier. With Solution Focused hypnotherapy, we do not dwell on problems or experiences from your past, instead we work on finding solutions for your future. I use elements of coaching, neuro linguistic programming, positive psychology and cognitive behaviour therapy in my work to help to bring about the changes you want in your life.

I am committed to your personal wellbeing and development and I aim to help you to overcome any difficulties that you may be having. These can be issues such as stress, anxiety or low mood, difficulty sleeping or dealing with a specific phobia, giving up smoking or managing your weight. Solution focused hypnotherapy can help deal with any of these issues and many more.
Hypnotherapy is a very pleasant experience which will leave you relaxed and calm. Sessions can be performed on-line or face to face. It is important that you feel comfortable with this therapy so I ask you to call me so I can gather information about how I can help you. All the sessions are then a combination of solution focused therapy and a period of relaxation which will leave you feeling calm and positive.

I saw Ann when I felt my whole life was out of balance. I was working around the clock and never finding any time for myself. By the time I saw Ann, I was struggling to get to sleep, was tired all the time and felt irritable and really depressed. I can’t believe how quickly I improved. Ann is calm and really positive and supportive. She helped me to understand how to make time for myself and look after myself. For the first time I understood that taking care of myself first was essential before I could help anyone else. My life has changed for the better in a very big way. I am much more relaxed and happier now and sleeping better than ever.

I have had anxiety and depression for a long time. I started seeing Ann who has taught me so much in terms of strategies for managing my emotions. I have realised that l get what l focus on so it helps to focus on what is going well and having more of that. I now feel that l am able to cope with life better. I feel happier and more equipped to deal with the future. I think that l now know and understand myself more . Ann has helped me to really focus on what l want and to visualise the future how l want it to be. I am enjoying life more and even feel like l have started to have fun again.
