Description

We established our branch in Nantwich in 2019 to provide care for people where they were struggling to access care, such as the rural villages. We have now established a client base in and around Crewe and Nantwich, inculding Audlem, Wrenbury, Willaston, Wistaston, Aston and more rural villages as well as the towns.

We provide varied support, including:

Assisting to get up or go to bed, with personal care such as washing, dressing and continence care.
Meal preparation and support including specialised feeding techniques such as a PEG. We monitor nutrition and hydration and encourage people to eat and drink to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Medication administration or prompting.
Encouraging people to exercise and building strengthening exercises into daily routines.
Companionship calls, to enjoy hobbies and activities, trips to appointments and social calls in the community.
Sleeping or waking nights and respite or holiday cover to give family or friends a break from their caring duties.
Live-in care for those needing 24 hour care and support.

We support a number of clients who have dementia and are proud to work with Dementia Friendly Nantwich.

We are rated overall as Good by the Care Quality Commission and rated as Outstanding in Caring.
