We had carers from crossroads together but even after 15 they let us down massively and left us with No care at all they also left us stranded with no one on quite a few occasions so we were in urgent need and JK staffing stepped in at very short notice and got everything done and organised so they could help straight away and we have now been using there agency for over 3 months now and they have been a blessing , they stepped in when we were let down and had No support and nothing has been to much trouble and the care and compassion and respect they show is wonderful and I feel we are blessed to have found them so if your in need of care I highly recommend JK Staffing you will not be disappointed we are very Happy so Thank you Mavis and Team for being You! X

I wanted a Care Agency that was able to meet my mums needs culturally being of Afro Caribbean decent My mum is also blind so her needs are very specific JK Staffing ticked all the boxes and in my mums words” I am very lucky to have such caring girls , ever single one “ Mavis the manager is amazing nothing is never too much trouble even at short notice she will try and accommodate Unlike other care agencies where a new member of staff may turn up Mavis will always let a new member shadow existing staff As a family we have no complaints our mum is having first class care I would definitely recommend JK Staffing and for peace of mind they are registered with CQC and accredited with Manchester City Council
