We have had fantastic support from the company and carer from day one. We weren't sure on what support we needed for mum and they made sure they could be flexible to help us work this out and get the best routine for mum. The carer has built a fantastic relationship with mum, my mum can't wait to see her everyday day. We would be lost without their support and flexibility and would recommend to others looking for assistance with individuals that require support for day to day life.

We started with Caring Homecare after a bad experience with the council carers. Going private was the best decision we made. The ladies who come to help my mum are amazing, so friendly and caring, are always punctual and they have great attention to detail. We are so glad we chose this agency to care for my mum who has advanced Dementia, as she seems more at ease now and is eating very well with the ladies that come over and is familiar with their voices. We have 2 regular ladies and 2 extra if ever the regular 2 cannot be available due to sickness or holidays so we are always covered by people we know.
