An answer to prayer!! We found ourselves in the middle of a care crisis when my elderly father-in-law was discharged from hospital post-operative with an infection and at high-risk of sepsis. What was only meant to be 48 hrs of observation turned into a week-long, round the clock care crisis. My husband works long hours, so it was all falling onto me and we received no wellness support after discharge other than a routine catheter clinic. In less than 24 hours Tanya came to the rescue. I knew immediately my FIL was going to be in the best of care the second she rang me, already asking after his vitals and demonstrating compassion and ownership of care. When I had to leave for my own hospital appointment, I exhaled for the first time in days knowing he was in expert hands. A skilled nurse with years of high-risk care experience, she instantly built a rapport with my FIL, and I returned home to a happier, healthier person than when I left. She is holistic in her care, ensuring the patient is getting movement, and tending to all needs both physical and mental. I would strongly recommend Tanya to anyone who is looking for a professional, highly-trained carer with a warm, compassionate heart and an incredible bed side manner.
