All the above services are something we are keen to provide specialist care in where other Domiciliary Care Agencies might struggle. Our staff receive robust specialist training to equip them to provide this level of care in the comfort of the clients own home.

We offer a wide variety of services but some of these are listed below:

Rapid response (to prevent prolonged discharges from hospital- we can commit to safely supporting with a transfer from hospital to the clients home within Hours after a preservice Assessment has been completed).
1:1 Care for complex needs.
Respite Care (to enhance the well being of a family member/friend who Is near burn out).
Ad hoc visits (Hourly and Half Hourly)
Visits to support with medication administration.
Clinical Needs (PEG, Insulin, Diabetes etc).
We also recognise that a lot of pressures on the local hospital’s are due to elderly people not being able to be left on their own at home and paramedics taking them to a place of safely. We can provide support to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions but ensuring the person who remains vulnerable is safe. With our experience care staff and qualified nurses, we are sure that we can support to reduce this pressure on NHS services.

We would be keen to work a long side mental health service to support Client’s with their mental health, identifying early warning signs which require early intervention from other Mental health services, preventing the risk of hospital admissions to a psychiatric ward, where we no beds are limited.

Having built a robust Care Agency with over 100 staff and 50 of them currently supporting local care/nursing homes, we are confident that our Care and Clinical staff are adequately trained to a professional level to support with our client. We have built the care agency to ensure that our staff are competent before supporting people in a lone working environment in someone’s own home.

All our staff are trained in line with Health & Social Care’s Mandatory training and our Clinical staff are trained in line with NMC guidelines and requirements. We also have staff able to train in the event someone has a diagnosis of a ‘specialist need’ ensuring our care delivery is tailored to that persons specific needs, placing them at the centre of everything we do.

We appreciate that our service is new, but we would be keen to connect with other professionals to support our local community in either a private capacity or off framework.
