I was really pleased with sylivia looking after my dog while on holiday, she kept me informed every couple of days and sent pictures of him I would highly recommend her

Sylvia was just wonderful to have around. I had total confidence leaving her to care for my elderly mother with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Sylvia followed the care plans and was always accommodating when changes to care happened. She was confident to carry out personal care if needed. Sylvia was also very supportive of our family, understanding how difficult it can be caring for relatives. Having Sylvia allowed us to have time together, a bit of normality. She treated my mum with great respect. I would recommend Sylvia to anybody needing support to care for relatives in their own home. A bonus for us, was that Sylvia is a dog lover.

I have been using Ability Leads for a few years now. We met with Sylvia and her family in advance and visited her house too which benefited Joey and put my mind at ease as kennels didn’t suit my dog. Sylvia has a very caring nature and my dog Joey, a lurcher, always goes in with a wagging tail and comes home well looked after. Joey has become part of their family too! Sylvia is very reliable and accommodating and I would highly recommend her for looking after your pet.
