PERCURRA is an efficiently run organisation with strong professional values.All the staff are well trained and very capable.They are friendly,caring and always cheerful which is a good way to start the day on a winter's morning!We regard them more as friends than paid professionals which they also are.Any queries or questions to the management are responded to immediately and efficiently. We feel that we can implicitly trust the company and those that work for it.Everyone responds to us in an honest and direct way.

Per curra have been caring for my elderly mum for four years. She has limited mobility and alzheimer's. The carers come in to do her personal care. The ladies that come are all so lovely. Mum looks forward to them coming. They all respect her privacy at all times and all like to have a good laugh with her. They are all very caring and very professional. Don't know what we'd do without them.

My father needed care after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's, we used care from a local large company, who fluctuated from 2 hours early to 3 hours late turning up, and and that was awful and very confusing for my father, But then the clouds parted and a Ray of sunshine was brought back into our lives when we had a recommendation for Percurra care company, I can only describe the service my Father received as second to none, time keeping from the care team was impeccable and it was lovely seeing my confused father being so at ease and this made his final few months become quality living rather than a daily struggle, all of the team were so professional and I honestly would highly recommend Percurra to anyone looking for quality professional care that the other care companies seem to fail to offer. I sincerely hope your fantastic company goes from strength to strength, as more and more people get to use Percurra care.
