The books are hardback with decorative coloured dust jacket or remove for majestic hard cover of purple with title and 3 crowns in gold
Each has 200+ pages
Size. 10 x 7 x 1 inches. (26 x 19 x 2.5 cm)
Printed with good readable size font - not too small!
Detailed information presented in straightforward, readable language.
Lots of pictures .... small, half page, full page, double page... colour and black and white.
So overall the books are very readable in terms of language/style, page layout, size of book, lots of interesting pictures.
They are all in very good /almost like new condition ... apart from
- very very minor curling/scuffing to edge of some dust jackets, where taken on/off shelf
- the spine of the paper dust jacket of George's V and VI are faded/ discoloured by the sun due to their position in the bookcase/cabinet! (see photo of the books on shelf)
Dust jackets could be discarded as the hard cover underneath is a majestic purple with gold crowns and title as per photo

Red hardcover book with some 550 pages with everything you could wish to know!! There are not even many pictures to fill those pages! There is no dust jacket and the cover has seen better days but all the pages are clean and intact.
