A new, high-profile independent restaurant in the heart of Farnham is seeking a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join its leadership team. Since opening in summer 2025, the venue has quickly established itself as a destination for refined, European-inspired dining in a contemporary and stylish setting.

With two beautifully designed floors and a stunning terrace, the restaurant delivers exceptional food and service to discerning guests and is already regarded as one of the town's most exciting dining experiences.

The Role The successful candidate will support the Executive Chef in leading a talented brigade, driving high standards, and delivering a seasonally focused, quality-led menu. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the continued growth and reputation of a standout new opening.

What's Required

Experience working at 2 Rosette level or higher

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

A passion for fresh, seasonal cookery and precision in execution

Ability to thrive in a high-standard, fast-paced environment
