Description
Honda XL250 Motorsport, 1974 UK model, 18,000, with just five former keepers in fifty years "wow"!, New quality heavy duty tyres, stainless steel spokes by Wheelwise engeering in Cowfold in 2021, rim tapes, inner tubes, new paintwork on the petrol tank, front & rear mudguards / headlight shell, powder coating on the frame / swingarm / seatbase etc, new petcock, coil, brake light switch. seat cover plus many new other parts, it has a electrical issue with no spark, after rebuilding it i ran it around in the garden many times with no issues kicking it over so it should be a simple fix for that home mechanic.
I've owned it for ten odd years now, it didn't come with any service / manual books / tool kit and it's probably never had an mot in modern times as it's an off roader bike.

Possibly the 1974 wiring loom or stator or just loose connections etc.?
A 12 volt upgrade system is available for £149 plus the bulbs etc.!
