I have a lovely 1 bedroom Ground floor flat, just off Upper Street Islington (Sutton estate). Im in a small block of flats with only 1 flat above me with a secure gated main entrance. I have a communal garden which you can enter into straight from the livingroom. You have Highbury and Islington Station 5 minutes walk away and Angel Islington Station 10 minutes walk away from me, bus stop is at the entrace of the estate less than 30 seconds walk, loads of bars restaurants and shops a post office and petrol station just seconds away. I have friendly neighbours and it is really quite where I am located.
I am looking for a 3 bedroom place but has to be ground floor with sole use garden that allows pets and has to be in Islington as my kids go to school in islington
