Looking to swap for a 3 or 4 bedroom house WITH a garden in West or North-West London areas ONLY. I can only swap with council or housing assocation.
Please NO flats & no time wasters, serious swappers ONLY please.
4 bedroom council flat/maisonette in Central London - Victoria, right next to Victoria Coach Station (we sit outside congestion zone). Property is located on the 2nd floor and there is a lift - I am the middle property, 1 underneath & 1 ontop. Property has double glazed windows, community central heating, 2 floors - upstairs: 4 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom (toilet and bathroom are separate), downstairs: kitchen and living/sitting room leading to a balcony, laminate wood flooring all over the property, 2 minute walk to Victoria Coach Station, 5 minute walk to Victoria Train Station, 5 minute walk to Pimlico Station. The area is very quiet and child-friendly, there are many parks/playgrounds as well as primary and secondary schools within walking distance.
