Large 2 bed new build house with own driveway and garden, good sized bedrooms and bathroom, good sized living room and kitchen also has a down stairs toilet, close to everything.
Need 3 bed as i have a teenager and younger child sharing a room and there the opposite sex.
Can't get on the council list for a 3 bed as the list is full and will take years.
Must be close to NG2 for the kids schools.
Willing to pay a decent amount of money to the person who wants to downsize so it will cover decorating and removal costs etc.
