Description
Hi, I am looking to swap my house:
- Council: Haringey Council
- Our home is located in Turnpike Lane.
- 3 bedroom house: 2 Double Rooms, 1 single room (can fit a small double bed).
- The lounge/dining area is an open and large space.
- One main bathroom upstairs with walk in shower, and one W/C downstairs by the front entrance.
- It is a 5 min walk away from Turnpike Lane Station and Turnpike Lane Bus Station which gives you access to many transport services.🚇🚍
- It is a 10min walk to the Wood Green Shopping Centre. There are many gyms, shops and restaurants close by, as well as schools and secondary schools.
- Resident Parking permits available for residents and there’s no limit, with many parking spaces.🚘
- There is a back entrance leading in to the garden area. In the back of the property there is residential community centre and a small playground area.
- I am looking for a 4/5 bedroom house in North London/North West London.
- We are only interested in Council homes and permanent tenancy.
If you are serious, and interested in swapping, please contact me as soon as possible.
