Hello, I have a pleasant 2 bedroom flat in the quaint village of Mumbles, Swansea beside the beautiful Gower and its many beaches. This is a perfect place to retire and escape the stress.
I am looking to swap with someone from London urgently because of family and work commitments in London. I am interested in the area surrounding West London, South East, Wandsworth, Clapham etc, but can also be flexible.
My flat comes with assured tenancy, brand new large fridge, stove oven and washing machine as supplied my Swansea Council. It also supplies other furniture, if needed such as beds, sofas and table and chairs etc.
The Mumbles is a lovely place to live in with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. The best part is the country walks beside the sea which is really breathtaking, which is all walking distance. If you’re interested, please leave me a message, text or email.
